The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, ensuring check-in was a breeze even though we arrived late at night. we had a pleasant stay at Villa Lotus.

Despite the positive aspects, it's worth mentioning that the walls were quite thin, resulting in some noise from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the breakfast offered was basic, lacking the variety and service level that one would expect from a 3-star hotel.
